The Francis Diet: As a personal trainer and performance coach with experience in individual client transformation, our program emphasises customised training and nutrition plans tailored to each client’s needs by including age, lifestyle, and specific goals. A psychology and community spirited plan.
Each plan is worked in line with the clients goals. The first week is a generic, yet intentional plan that will allow our coaches to see how you respond to calories, and movement. From there, we'll make changes where needed to enable you to hit your goals.
Yes, of course! We work with clients worldwide. No distance is too far!
We accept payment via Bank Transfer, PayPal and instalments via Klarna!
Yes we now have three options, Scott, Alanna, and Wedding-Ready specific plans, which both coaches cover! See our plan page, or email Bella for specific plan information.
You send in your updates, via WhatsApp, in line with the detailed check in process we have, that you are provided with upon signing up.
We normally say a minimum of 8 weeks - purely because we feel this is the sweet spot to really start seeing positive changes, it also gives you a good length of time to bed-in some new, life changing habits. However, you are able to sign up for as long as 16 weeks or even 6 months at any one time as we know clients strive from commitment.
We would advise starting once you have a clear calendar, this way you can focus 100% on your goals with a clear mind and be fully committed to the goal you want to achieve!
We hear this so much! And we have hundreds of new parents, busy business people, male and female all on plan and succeeding. We advise finding those pockets of time for you! Maybe a little earlier in the morning, or at night.
